A Taste of the Pacific

We are running our brand new cooking class 'A Taste of the Pacific' from our hugely popular Masterclasses we ran in Niue.  We will be showcasing some fabulous Pacific dishes that we have developed which will all highlight Pacific cuisine and the ingredients that are readily available nowadays in New Zealand. We are looking to really highlight what Pacific cuisine is about including vibrant, tasty dishes packed with flavour and interesting textures. Join us for a fabulous and unique day of cooking and eating Pacific dishes with our five course menu and matching local wines. The day will begin at 10am and conclude around 4pm.
