Join us for our new class that has been designed to inspire you with new ideas to replace those repetitive mid week meals. We will demonstrate a range of recipes that are not only delicious but also straight forward and quick to cook. There are some fantastic ingredients and components available and we will show you how they can transform a dish into something delectable. Five dishes will be created throughout the day to give you a full new repertoire from Monday through to Friday. Matching local wines will be served with each dish served at the large dining table. 10am until 4pm.
