Sensational Salads

With many of us choosing to eat lighter, healthier and more digestible food we are now offering a seasonal salads class which will give you loads of ideas for a great variety of salads to see you throughout the year.  We will cover a range of versatile dressings, introduce flavours from around the world and a variety of different textures as well as some staples that can be made in advance and thrown into any salad to take it to the next level.  

We will demonstrate that salads are no longer a side dish but a substantial and nutritious meal in itself and show you different plating techniques to make your salads look as good as they taste. A glass of bubbles and morning tea will be served around midday and the day will conclude with a four course lunch at the large dining tables with matching wines.
