Have you ever wondered how restaurants manage to turn out hundreds of high quality dishes night after night? From planning a menu, sourcing the best possible ingredients, preparation that can be done in advance and plating up secrets, this class is designed to increase your confidence and change the way you approach your next dinner party.
The day begins at 10am with fresh coffee and warm pastries. We will then introduce the days' five course menu before we begin cooking each dish from scratch. You will be amazed at how easy it is to create restaurant quality food in your own home with all of our useful tips and techniques. It is then time to relax at the lovely oak dining table looking out across the harbour before we serve up each dish from the menu with a matching glass of carefully selected matching New Zealand wines. Come and join us for a day of feasting and indulgence. The day will conclude around 4 pm.
