Spanish Tapas is becoming increasingly popular as people embrace smaller, lighter dishes designed for sharing. In Spain, tapas can be almost anything—as long as it’s delicious! Throughout the day, we’ll create a range of classic Spanish dishes using locally sourced seafood, vegetables, cured small goods and fresh produce from around the Peninsula.
This is a wonderful class for anyone keen to explore Spanish cuisine and add some new ideas to their home entertaining repertoire. Tapas will be prepared and enjoyed throughout the day before we gather around the table for some more substantial dishes, accompanied by matching wines.
The day begins at 10am with freshly baked treats from the kitchen and concludes at approximately 4pm.
