Canapes & Gin Cocktails

Small elegant bites of food are more popular than ever and this class is a must for those looking to update their small food repertoire and to get inspired before your next drinks party.  The class will cover a delicious range of  canapes including cold, warm, substantial and sweet  so you can take your next drinks party to a whole new level. At least 8 different canapes and small plates will be covered, as well as advice on serving portions, what can be made in advance as well as how to plate up and make your canapes look fabulous. Each dish will be served throughout the day with the more substantial canapes served at the dining table. We will also be mixing up some classic local Gin cocktails to help wash down all of the morsels of deliciousness. 10am - 4pm.
