Indian Inspirations

Inspired by extensive travels throughout India Chef Steve Bradley shares his favourite recipes in this special one off cooking class 'Indian Inspirations'. This is true authentic Indian cuisine with everything made from scratch including curry pastes and spice mixes.

We will cover lots of different ingredients and where they can be sourced locally so you can make lots of tasty Indian treats in your own home. Steve's menu will consist of regional classics as well as breads, salads and condiments as well as anecdotal stories of his travels throughout India.  Steve's menu will then be served at the large dining table overlooking the sea with each course accompanied with matching wines. 10am until 4pm. $225 per person.
