Join chef and expert baker Steve Bradley who will demonstrate all things baking related from short crust pastry, sourdough, croissant dough and a bread and butter pudding. Steve will take you through all the steps from making your own bread from scratch explaining in detail all the processes involved. Several dishes will be served up throughout the day with Steve's creations. 10am until 4pm.
